SInce I retired in 2008 I have worked to cultivate my own 'Seeing Eye'. As a result my photography has taken on a new lease of life. I see the world differently, and the scope and content of my photography has increased significantly. Partly because I seldom go anywhere without a camera and I 'See' rewarding images in unexpected places.

For the technically minded I shoot with DX cameras using lenses that range from a 11-16mm zoom up to a 500mm mirror lens; which handled carefully produces some wonderfully impressionistic results.

My philosophy is that Photography in the digital era, teamed with Photoshop as the 'processor', offers fantastic opportunities to interpret and enhance what I 'See' to produce results that are perhaps best called Visual Art and are sometimes closer to Illustration. My aim is to develop these concepts further through the images I produce. My Flickr page will never be complete. I also publish a PhotoBlog
