I was born in Middleton, Nr Manchester and was brought up in Miles Platting and New Moston respectively. I went to St, Gregory's R.C. Grammar school, Ardwick, went on to Rochdale College of Art and then a degree in Interior Design at Leeds, followed by a PGCE in Craft, Design and Technology!

I recently come back to serious photography following a 25 year gap ( I'm not that old though!!)

Joining Flickr and buying a Canon 400d has rekindled my interest. I come from a design background and teach graphic design. I have alot to learn as the medium has changed so much....be patient with me!!
