Leisha "Lei Lei" Patterson has planned and serviced many occasions and provided culinary needs for many. She is knowledgeable about all areas of planning, decorating, as well as budgeting. She has been cooking, baking and planning parties for the past seven years. She became interested in providing culinary services when her fiancée (now husband) suggested she sell some of her desserts and 40 cakes later in a month's time Lei Lei's Cuisine was created January, 2005. Since then, Lei Lei has received training in cake decorating and precepting with a caterer. In the fall of 2005 Lei Lei's Cuisine became incorporated! Lei Lei's Cuisine, Inc. consists of Lei Lei, as well as her husband Stylez Patterson and son Teddy. Lei Lei's Cuisine, Inc. in the very near future plans on opening a Café & Pastry Shop.
