Dark tree:

Plant a seed of hate in the fertile soil of ignorance. Then under the bright sun of misguided passions, pour onto its roots the water of injustice. In time it will grow, putting down deep roots that tap into our buried and forgotten fears. It will put forth strong branches, beneath whose shade all who lie will become corrupt.

It will bear bright poisonous flowers that will draw twisted ones from afar; to suckle on it’s nectar. And then it will bear fruit to nourish the children within its shadows and give them something to carry forth.
