The Lighthouse Christian Centre is a purposeful, forward thinking, dynamic church based in Manchester, UK, but reaching out to the world. We unashamedly proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, his death on the cross and his subsequent resurrection as described in the Bible which is the final authority on all that we believe.

Our growing multi-cultural congregation meets in a variety of locations across South Manchester and the City Centre. Along with our main services at 9am, 11am and 5pm (at Newall Green, Manchester) on Sundays we also have an Eritrean service at 2pm and a Polish service at 6pm. A Malayalam Indian congregation meet in Wythenshawe at 9am and a French speaking church meets in Hulme at 3pm.

During the week we have a number of small group meetings throughout Manchester that meet in people’s homes. Other groups meet at Church during the week including an Iranian congregation on Thursdays at 7pm and an Ethiopian congregation at 4pm on Saturdays.

The Lighthouse is an Elim Pentecostal Church. Elim has over 700 congregations throughout the towns and cities in the UK as well as churches in forty countries around the world.
