A dedicated artist with 15 years experience of painting the Indiana scene. With over 170 works in both public and private collections, William has emerged as one of Indiana's most gifted painters. He grew up in Indianapolis and began painting along the railroad tracks near his southside home. He studied at Herron School of Art when it was located near 16th and Pennsylvainia.

In 1995, William set out on his own to record the Indiana Scene and contiues to produce quality work through painting, drawing and printmaking.
