Hi!

I'm 23 and a just graduated vet from Bristol Uni. I'm currently attempting to find a job around London (my favourite city by far!) but quite enjoying the extra time to get into crafting again!. I have had pets in the past - a cocker spaniel called Merlin who was lovely if a little insane, and a tabby and white cat called Katie. I don't have any pets currently but once I find a job and move out I intend to get a collie or a bernese mountain dog. My favourite animals are lemurs and mongooses (a little random, I know!). I currently intend to specialise in small animal practice but haven't decided yet.

I like many things - reading, painting (or anything crafty - have just got back into knitting!), playing piano, cooking (especially baking), horse riding, ice skating, skiing, shopping and of course I like to go out partying (and cocktail drinking...!) with my friends.

Favorite Music:

I love everything from classical music and songs from musicals (especially Les Miserables and Phantom of the Opera) to Slipknot! My favourites are probably Green Day, Kings of Leon (particularly 'Closer'), Kaiser Chiefs and The Features.

I also enjoy playing the piano and guitar (although neither particularly well!)

Favorite Books:

I have quite a broad taste in books, I tend to just go to the bestsellers 3 for 2 section and pick up whatever takes my fancy. In terms of classics I love Jane Austen. I also enjoy dipping into popular science books (especially astronomy and natural history). Kate Morton's books are excellent too.

Favorite Crafts:

I tend to opt for painting and drawing, but have recently discovered the existence of ATCs and have started to get involved, I've also just discovered mug rugs and am about to start my first one! When I get a house of my own, I intend to take up some larger projects and modify some furniture but until then I'll probably stick to the small things. I went through a knitting and sewing phase for a while as well a few years ago and have just taken it up again.
