I am a self-taught photographer. I have learned by my mistakes and looking at photographs in magazines and movies. I loved E-6 slide film and transitioned to digital. I have grown to love the versatility that you have in editing images through Photoshop.

I became fascinated with photography as a teen-ager when our next door neighbor was a professional portrait photographer. I worked for him in the office and learned to develop B &W. I knew then that I wanted to take photographs.

Now, I particularly enjoy travel photography as well as taking people and animal portraits. The other thing that I enjoy more than photography are my 3 rescued dogs and being a foster mother and volunteer for Atlanta Pet Rescue and Adoption. It is my pleasure to use my photography skills to take photographs of the wonderful pets available for for adoption for the Atlanta Pet Rescue website - anything to help them find happy forever homes and allow more pets to be brought into the program.
