We are a county wide library system in North Central Idaho. Our headquarters is in Moscow and we have branches in Bovill, Deary, Genesee, Juliaetta, Potlatch, and Troy.

Our district serves approximately 35,000 Latah County residents.

We are also part of VALNet, a consortium of almost 60 rural public and school libraries spread throughout North Central Idaho.
