In my normal life I am a freelance c-level interim/consultant.

I pursue photography mainly to relax and to capture the beauty of my surroundings; not only in and around my home (Dithmarschen, Germany) but also on my travels.

In photography I have two core focuses:

1. using analog M42 lenses (love the feel, the results and reminds me of my childhood when I took pictures the first time)

2. formatting pictures in cinematic format (2.39:1) because I find them more revealing than any other format

but have yet to find various preferences therein.
