Update -

After filing a complaint through paypal I received a refund. I suspect that they transfered the complaint to flickr, and flickr did not respond giving me a default refund.

I have transfered to smugmug and enjoy the quality of the website.

After attempting to cancel my Flickr Pro account, I got hit with a bill for renewal. Flickr would not refund the money even after numerous attempts to get the billing reversed:

It is next to impossible to find a link to customer services in flickr to cancel an account

It is next to impossible to find a link in flickr to voice grievances

Flickr is an unethical organization. Anybody paying more than $0 is paying too much. The service one receives from Flickr is worth at best $0, although I suspect we would all get better service if they payed us to be a member.
