I am originally from the Bay Area. At the end of 2011, I started taking up hiking as a hobby. There are so many beautiful places in California to explore (my favorite being the High Sierras). I was instantly hooked. Soon I started taking my wife's DLSR with me on hikes, so that I could have lasting memories of all these great places and share them with others. Well, to make a long story short, I quickly became very passionate about landscape photography.
