I've always loved to photograph things, but only started to do it regularly since I got my first digital camera for my birthday December 2005. Something about not having to wait to develop the pictures, being able to judge and discard quickly, has sparked my interest. I love being able to capture what I see and find beautiful, to share with others.

I'm extremely inspired by what I see on Flickr - so many unique and wonderful ways of seeing and capturing the world! - and hope someday to make images that please me as much as those others have created; I hope to be able, like a great billiards player calling his shots, to plan and capture exactly... although some of my favorite captures have been complete chance. Perhaps it's like anything else - you learn the technique, very well, and then you forget about that and just *do*. We'll see. :)
