Hello my name is Julian and welcome to our portfolio.

We are a small team of highly skilled builders and developers who have been In Lanzarote for 10 years. We pride ourselves in providing a good honest construction and landscaping service for a large number of residents and holiday home owners here in Lanzarote.

Prior to this my personal experience started back in 1985 where after leaving school I went to Construction College for a further 3 years. During this time and for a time after I worked for a small family firm based in Bristol restoring Georgian and Victorian houses and luxury new build private homes.

In 1993 my very good boss retired, and I started my own business, continuing to restore old period buildings.

I did a wide range of jobs ranging from damp and timber decay problems, roofing, rendering, carpentry etc down to the final period of decorating dining rooms, living rooms and grand style hallways.

Today in Lanzarote we undertake similar works such as kitchen/ bathroom refurbishments, swimming pool construction and maintenance and full landscaping design and installation to name a few.

Our combined expertise can resolve most property issues that any home in the sun may require.
