I'm a mother of two breastfed children -- a daughter and a son. And in my professional life, I'm Director of Breastfeeding Relations and Outreach for Lansinoh Laboratories. I'm also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and a La Leche League International-trained breastfeeding peer counselor. I've worked with many breastfeeding mothers, and have written and spoke extensively on breastfeeding and related topics. Before joining Lansinoh, I was a Public Affairs Specialist for the Office on Women’s Health (OWH) in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. There, I co-managed the Health & Human Services/Advertising Council National Breastfeeding Awareness Campaign.
