Since retiring in 2007, I've covered sports photography for Crenshaw High School in central Los Angeles, as well as some junior college events and adult sports leagues. (My pictures have appeared in the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Sentinel, the Wall Street Journal, and ESPN Magazine).
There are more than 30,000 pictures on these Lambda Basketball pages -- the site is now ELEVEN years old! -- and there have been well over 2 million "hits" by viewers.
I own the domain "lambdahoops.com" and it automatically forwards to these Flickr pages.

All my images are uploaded restricted to a current maximum of approximately 4096 pixels on the long side, which will give adequate resolution for prints up to 8x12. This has been done to reduce the incidence of image theft for commercial use. The images are usually sized for printing either 4x6 (8x12) prints or 4x5 (8x10) prints. You can look at the EXIF data for any pic to determine the intended format. Most pix in the 8x10 format will be (approximately) 3276x4096 pixels (ratio 1 x 1.25), whereas 8x12's will be 2730x4096 (ratio 1 x 1.5).
Occasionally a "panorama" free-sizing will be used. These images will always have a filename ending in "P".
Some images are cropped square when it seems appropriate, resulting in an "Instagram-ready" format; those will have a filename ending in "S".
If you need any image for poster-prints at a higher resolution, contact me directly via email.
Flickr.com allows you to print any image (you will have to sign-up for a Flickr account but it's free). You can also download the images and send the jpg file to other print services such as EZPrints or ShutterFly.
