Yet another place I'm amassing images from travel is:
It's a bit off-kilter; a place to "compare & contrast" the daily details of short-term life abroad: apartments & flats, transportation, laundry... you get the idea.
"vandigicam" is yet another reason I really loved Vancouver... click on this link:

And here's a website I set up and admin for our church: www.cpcdecatur.org
I particularly like flickr because I'm getting a window on life in other parts of the world; travel photos are great, but I'm intrigued by the daily life shots. Also, I like being able to know a bit about everybody.
(and I just realized this morning that I've been taking it for granted that everybody is posting in English... thanks for bearing with us mono-linguists...)
As for me, I'm a Christian, my husband of 26+! years & I have a daughter & a son, I've been shooting 35mm since I was in my early 20s.
Our home is in Decatur, Georgia USA, which, by the way, was a city when Marthasville aka Terminus aka Atlanta was just a little settlement 6 miles to the west. We could have had the terminus of the railroads; we just didn't want it.

I feel that I owe it all to her that I've been able to meet such a wonderful group of friends, which has in turn refueled my love for photography. It was a fateful day when she started the group, and more so for me that first meet I attended. Thank you very much Laura Grace! And I'm glad even though you're so far away we can still keep in contact through Flickr and Skype. Ain't the internet great!
