I've always been interested in photography, but my skills really started taking off when I took a workshop "Photography and the Creative Eye" see: www.pixeltropia.com or www.sidelongglance.com (my instructor's webpages).

My eyes were open to the possibilities and the art of imaging. I bought my first D-SLR in July 2008, took a photography workshop, including camping and kayaking, to Bergeronnes, Québec, Canada and loved it!

I'm working on improving my skills and appreciate all your comments and suggestions. I love to look at other's works, they inspire me and encourage me to learn more.

My initial attraction to photography was to complement my pastel painting interest, but it has taken on a life of it's own.
