I am a silversmith and I design and create my own jewelry. I do sell, however I love sharing my jewelry with my friends and for local fund raisers. I am currently making and selling a number of different kinds of Breast Cancer Awareness jewelry pieces which I have for sale in my ETSY shop at www.kzoretic.etsy.com. $10 of each of the bracelets or necklaces, and $5.00 of each of the earring sets will go to The Kentucky Cancer Program. This is my way of giving back since I have been blessed to be a survivor. My story is featured in the October issue of Kentucky Monthly Magazine.

My early years were occupied diagnosing reading problems and creating plans of correction for students in elementary school. I also spend some time during my tenure as a classroom teacher - mostly with 6th grade. After retirement, I spent a few years as an educational consultant for our local cable company - helping teachers with awareness of programming available through Cable in the Classroom. I enjoyed doing lots of teacher workshops. I retired from that position to take my jewelry career full time - I haven't slowed down yet.
