I am not sure what it means to get a testimonial from a prosaic photographer like me, I mean, not when you see the photography of kylejones. He's just so damn good at capturing people, and yeah, ok--I may have a bit of a preference for faces. But that means you can trust my judgement on this...you need to spend some … Read more

Not only is Kyle a great photographer, he is also a great group manager: his Street Photography Comment and Critique group is one of the best in flickr, offering an opportunity to learn and improve by reading thoughtful comments about your pictures from him an other members of the group.

Kylejones's photos are windows or doors. I can see how different people live in diffrent lives in this world. His photos let me enter a different point of view, and I enjoy that!

Kyle's photos continue to draw me time and time and time again. Work pleads with us to re-examine those "ordinary" moments that are normally lost amid the hustle and bustle and realize there are no ordinary momments at all. His work reminds me to look at the world in such a different way, to enjoy those fleeting momments of "ordinary" and relish them. I am deeply inspired by Kyle's style and competence with a camera.

Kyle's camera freezes random moments on the street and abstracts them into complex narratives. In his compositions are stories that could fill a thousand words or a thousand pages. He is one of the finest street photographers I have encountered on flickr; I feel privileged to see the world through his lens.
