I consider myself a whimsical folk art painter. I have been painting for about 10 years now and it has become a true love affair for me. I have donated many pieces to local and national charities and have sold pieces locally for years. I like to work with bold and bright colors. I often paint tropical scenes, which is natural for me since I live in Florida. I also love to paint Frida Kahlo, cats, coffee cups, buildings, and trees. I also love to put my twist on pop culture images. I look for inspiration in all kinds of places.
