I've lived in Ventura County since 1979 and have only recently discovered Kurt Preissler's work through flickr's site. He has captured Ventura and it's surrounding areas from difficult to access areas giving a truly unique perspective. His photos are well balanced compositions, rich in color and detail. In exploring his site I have found his photos from outside Ventura County. His passion for capturing natural beauty is evident throughout. Several of his photos are now in my collection of favorites. I invite you to take the time to browse his work. If you are a fan of landscapes and sunsets, you will be glad you did.
