Photos

I'm passionate about my photography, but consider it mostly a way to document the world around me. I do rather enjoy doing portrait shots, though right now I’m mainly using my iPhone 5 to do a Project 365 x 52.

iPhone 5 aside, I shoot with a Nikon D300 and:

• 50mm 1.4/D

• 85mm 1.8/D

• 24-70mm 2.8/G

• 18-200mm 3.5–5.6

• Speedlight SB-600

A note about my friends & contacts:

I use Flickr's distinction between "friends" and "contacts" as follows: Friends are people I've met, Contacts is everyone else. There are a few exceptions, where I'll list people as friend without having met them yet — in such cases I generally chat with those people very regularly.

If you're in my Contacts selection but we have met before, I probably just forgot to "upgrade" our relationship status after meeting you. Let me know and I'll correct it.

About comments

I've instated a policy of deleting any comments that embed pictures. Small avatars when replying with Greasemonkey and the like are okay; anything else will get your entire comment deleted. Just don't do it.
