I'm back in the USofA and I'm not certain how much I like this (it's hot in my bit of podunk). Making the best of my lemons and trying to find inspiration in austere beauty. Light makes all the difference. I might go back to 35mm film...let's see what happens...

Most of the photos that will turn up here in this photoblog are shot with a Fuji Finepix F10 purchased in November 2005. I usually shoot 35mm film, but it's getting expensive these days and I didn't have the motivation to bring all my equipment to Japan. Someday I'll upgrade to a dSLR, but until then I'll make do with the point and shoot. Aside from basic color correction (as handled by ACDsee) these photos remain largely unprocessed. If you're feeling adventurous, I highly encourage you to rework any of these photos as you think they "should" be. Just let me know when you do :)
