I've already been to Norway three times (from Oslo to the North Cape), but every time I see Krogen's photos I wonder how much there is (obviously) still to discover. The fabulous country Krogen comes from has got so much to offer that I'm not afraid he might run out of ideas some day. These pictures offer a vast variety of landscapes in different seasons and are definitely worth being appreciated. That's why I visit this photostream regularly and always wonder about his creativeness. Please keep the excellent work going!

Just when one feels that he has finally arrived at capturing and working with images, and he feels that those images might be fairly succesful, just when this happens, one discovers images like these. At first, I thought that Krogen had us all at a disadvantage because he was lucky enough to live in a country that affords the beautiful vistas and subjects contained within these images. That, however, is no excuse. Every place on this earth has something worth capturing visually. We all have the same opportunity to create images using equipment that is universally available. Krogen and other wonderful artists on Flickr are able to take those instruments and soar. In doing this they inform and instruct people like me.

Perhaps simplest, like its images, it would be to say that is a great "atrapador" of the light (all we imagined that by the north of Europe does not exist), we have the evidence that with its images demonstrates to us like is possible to capture all the beauty and the light that arrange there above. Its photos of house, its landscapes, its nature fascinates to me and they cause so sensations to me that I am thankful in the soul whenever I visit its page. Very I am been thankful him by the great tranquillity that it transmits to me. Gracias Krogen." Gracias Krogen."

As an Icelander, having lived in Norway for a couple of years, I have learned to appreciate many of the great qualities of Norway and the people living there. In some ways I just quite frankly envy Norwegians. The breathtaking beauty of the fjords on the west coast and the forests and fields blending in a perfect manner between rolling hills, clear rivers and steep mountain peeks. I also admire Norwegians for holding on to their tradition of doing and building things. In particular, I am a fan of traditional Norwegian Architecture. Many of the most beautiful buildings in Iceland are prefabricated Norwegian houses, imported long time ago. This may be the reason why I am naturally drawn to Krogen’s photos here on flickr. But for sure one big reason must be the way he sees the world through the camera and the way he is post processing the photos before he presents them to us. I like how he saturates the colors when he chooses to do so, as well as when he turns his vision into a beautiful and rich monochromatic scene. Keep up the good work.
