the deepest impression was made on me by kristy f's polaroids-they delicately capture things and places that might otherwise go unnoticed--a smashed watermelon forgotten,a friend telling a story,words written on walls in the middle of the night that could disappear tomorrow..i like the way her photos make you care and make you feel the first word that comes to mind when i think of her collages and drawings is fantastical....what i adore most is the playful feel combined with a sweet sophisticated way of melding colors and patterns..making the mundane into the majestic. keep your eye on this one and dig in!
