I'm a father of two adult sons (and grandfather too) and an artist since 1975. Natures patterns and mysteries - visible as well as invisible - has always been inspiration for my paintings. That's why one can see many stones, trees, water and light on this website.

I want to express the awareness of nature as a condition for wholeness. I paint in little colour-stripes and streams - the dance of the particles - to show how the outer image can dissolve into an inner space.

Photography: being aware of nature is being aware of wholeness; and being at the right place on the right time - on moments of wonder.

As a camera I used a Nikon D70 until january 2010. Then I use a Lumix GF1 Panasonic (without zoom), and since 2013 I use an Olympus OM-D (with a Panasonic/Lumix lens).
