I'm an artist, mother and devoted wife. I love to paint, take photos and walk with my daughter, dogs, and husband. I love art, music, photography, dance, culture, travel.

I miss traveling and look forward to the day we venture out again. (once a year isn't enough)

I love being inspired by all of your images and I view them daily, but I am sparing my time by commenting much less so that I can continue w/ my work & give love attention to my family!

I am a mom on the move and my patience runs thin... so I carry my pack and shoot away in hopes to capture those special moments!!! I very RARELY crop- only out of necessity. I am self taught. I started shooting in program mode then aperture priority; I now primarily shoot in manual 100 % of the time. I started my photography business Feb 2008 and I am love every moment! There are ups and downs in all work even when you love it! I wish all photographers peace and calm moments(because many of us are bit crazy). Enjoy what you love!

2008 was a year of self discovery, 2009 was my year for personal development and growth, 2010 was my year of challenges and 2011 was shown to be one of the best yet with opportunity & rewards, 2012 was yet another year of more self discovery and challenges I placed for myself, 2013 I made huge leaps by leaving the wedding industry to allow myself to create and release the wild side of me and my clients...now I Reveal the Refined Rebel in Real People and Rockers (it's been amazing)! 2008 I discovered my love of flickr, actually my obsession which became unhealthy. 2009 was my year to explore and if you enjoy what you see then great but it's not my goal to impress.

I found it hard to go back to just the art of it so yes you will see a change from my earlier work of mundane turned into fine art now strictly people, real moments, weddings, esessions, boudoir and lifestyle. Who knew this would be the route I would take (I didn't) but I'm loving every minute of it!

Because my passion is my business it has become nearly impossible to continue the flickr relationships I once had. So I apologize if I don't comment like I used to but I love you all and I love your inspiring art you post!

As much as I love interaction amongst us - please be advised that my photos are MY photos- all rights are reserved to me & me only.

Some of you may have noticed- I have changed many contacts' status. My photos of anyone under 18 years have become only viewable by F& F. This is due to some groups that are stealing photos of children for their indescribable pleasure- SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

SO for the protection of my child and others', I will be changing all of their photos to private.

I will be evaluating my contacts to see whom I am confident are trustworthy and change those to friends and family. Please don't be offended if I haven't changed your status yet- I'm working on it. I'm looking for contacts who visit my site (and I theirs) regularly and have a rapport.
