When I first started on Flickr, I noticed Kris's amazing close ups of insects. She not only had great technical ability, but her pictures were full of character and beauty. Her colors were strong but not out of proportion. Best of all were the eyes! You could not help being drawn to the images she put up. They were very much like wonderful portraits taken of close friends!. I really enjoyed seeing those pictures and all the others she has posted. Kris has also been very helpful to me in commenting on my pictures and giving me encouragement.That's a big part of what makes Flickr such a great place to show your pictures.
