I got my first camera for a family vacation to Europe. Photography proved so interesting that I joined the school camera club taking pictures of events and people. My hobby developed into a valuable professional resource for documenting my engineering work. In 2009, a “Pure Michigan” Photo Workshop at Sleeping Bear Dunes inspired my artistic creativity and refined my photographic style.

My primary interests and subjects are classic cars and inspiring places. I like to discover interesting subjects in unstaged settings and make unmanipulated photographs. Serendipity plays a major role in my creative process.

My work has appeared in the Ann Arbor Arts Alliance Annual Guide, American Road magazine, American Driver magazine, and on the cover of Upper Peninsula Beer – A History of Brewing Above the Bridge.
