KPSU is a student run College Radio station with a focus on independent and underground music.

Programing is Free Form, which means the djs get to pick the tracks they play, and each show is it's own exciting individual entity. It's not unusual to hear an hour of punk rock followed by an hour of hip hop then an hour of experimental electronic music, followed by jazz and/or worldbeat sounds.

While we play a great many local artists from our own Portland OR, and greater NW scenes, we also attempt to reach out to the global music community and fully embrace diversity.

We offer both a Live Online Stream and MP3 Archive for the internet listener, available 24 hours a day.

In the Portland OR/Vancouver WA metro area we broadcast from 5 PM - 2 AM weekdays and Noon - 2 AM on weekends from 1450 AM. We can also be heard on the Portland State University Campus 24 hours a day at 98.3 FM
