Greetings!

 

Hello and thank you for visiting my ever growing flickr photostream - also at www.kpmarek.com - I hope you enjoy looking through the photos.

 

 

Although I have fond memories of snapping away with the family 110mm in the 1980s, my photography bug really started in 1991 when I first got given an Olympus 35mm compact camera as a present. I have been taking photographs - on and off - ever since.

 

Nowadays a camera accompanies me most places I go and I started this photostream to share and showcase some of my favourite and/or interesting shots.

 

This photostream is regularly updated with photos taken during my frequent travels around the UK and further afield. Over time I am gradually getting around to uploading some of my earlier shots taken over the past years.

 

I am currently using the following cameras:

 

Nikon D5000: After ages and ages of thinking about buying a DSLR, I finally took the plunge and bought one in November 2009. It's been great getting used to it. The lens almost permanently affixed to the camera body is a Nikkor AF-S 18-200mm VR-II

 

Apple iPhone 4: My trusty mobile snapper.
