I love to travel, and to take photographs - but do not consider myself a travel photographer. I enjoy photographing landscape, street scenes, portraits, and urban grime, and have photographed these in almost every continent now (just Antarctica to go!). I also specialise in shooting subtly at clients' family events, preferring the candid style to the posed. From spending a past life working in theatre and TV, I also specialise in theatre photography - a low light niche of the art that is tricky to do well without specialist knowledge of lighting design in theatre. I'm from the UK but currently live in Japan, and shoot with whatever is to hand - Nikon, Fujifilm or the trusty iPhone :-)
