Koss Construction Company was founded in 1912 and incorporated in 1914. The Corporate headquarters was located in West Des Moines, Iowa until October 1998. At that time, the Corporate Office was relocated to the current location on SW Drury Lane in Topeka to put management closer to the construction projects and the maintenance shop in Pauline, Kansas.
