James Alliban is an augmented reality specialist, digital artist and international speaker from London, UK. He has become well known in the world of AR for his innovative approach to the technology; his work is regularly featured/mentioned in design magazines and popular blogs. He is the founder and MD of the company Augmatic.

James is primarily concerned with building interactive toys and immersive environments which allow the user to express themselves creatively. These projects include installations, mobile art apps and online tools that employ a variety of computer vision and image processing techniques.
