Welcome to my Flickr profile page.

I'm a passionate amateur photographer, drawn primarily to nature. Although not technically a Florida native, I spent my formative years here, returning in 2003 to make it my home once again and to practice my art here in this unique and evocative natural setting. My work is peppered with vacation trophies and occasional street shots, but it tends to focus on this local semi-tropical environment.

Starting in September 2014, I am working on a 52-Week Photo Project, intending to post one photo a week that expresses something about that week - a theme, a story, a feeling.
