Nearly all of our pictures are taken when on a long journey, or more exactly, on a long-distance hike. We found that this type of traveling allowed us to spend more time in a natural environment and to experience it in a slow and more profound way. We don't rely as much on our abilities as a photographer but think that the more we are in the outdoors the more our chances are to take some good pictures that are able to capture the landscapes we have been through. More than being a reminder of our adventures we want to emphasize the unrivalled beauty, wonder and grandeur of the natural environment....
