hey everyone,
i'm koen, live in a small town called wageningen in the netherlands. i study there environmental sciences, otherwise i would have been in leiden. which is where i'm originally from.
because i'm a student i don't have a lot of money, so that's why i fell in love with manual focus lenses. they might not focus on my d60, but they can take photographs so that's good enough for me.
i'm also doing a blog, mainly about my experiences photographing. experiences about using manual focus lenses on modern DSLR's and all sorts of other stuff: manualfocusphotography.blogspot.com/
digital gear (at least what fits on my d60):
nikon d60
nikkor 18-55 mm f/3.5-5.6 (AF-S)
nikkor 70-210 mm f/4-5.6 (AF)
nikkor 50mm f/2 (pre ai)
nikkor 28m f/3.5 (ai)
vivitar series 1 28-90 mm f/2.8-3.5 (ai)
soligor 135mm f/2.8 (pre ai)
vivitar 300mm f/5.6 (pre ai) (made by tokina)
newest addition: extension rings, yay doing macro now.
film gear:
nikon f-601 with 35-70mm f/3.3-4.5
canon FTb
canon AE-1 program
both with a 35-70mm lens, only one is a constant f/4 without close focus. and the other one is f/3.5-4.5 with close focus
