Time to update my profile.

 

As many of us (older guys and gals) i come from a analog photography background with some 30 years ago having a Praktica SLR camera doing a few artsy things ........but work and family moved me towards the standard snapshot pictures for the family album.

 

A few years ago and thanks to some good friends I entered the digital age with a Canon EOS 450D including two kit-lenses, EFS 18-55 and EFS 55-250.

 

I became more and more interested in the Art of Photography with a special interest for black and white pictures in the style of Brassai, Cartier Bresson, mapplethorpe, Corbijn and many many others.

 

Currently my work is still diverse and include different styles (Nature, Portrait, Landscapes, Lines and Curves, Black and White) and trying out different manipulations But I tend more and more to portraits, including candid portraits (Stealth Photography). In the end I hope to develop my own style of Knehtography.

 

I encourage every criticism on my pictures (ok might hurt a little)..but my aim is te get better and to learn from all of you.

 

I recently replaced my D450 for a EOS D7 and replaced my kit lenses for the Canon EF 85mm f/1.8 USM Lens and the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM Lens.
