I'm an at-home mom with three wonderful daughters (ages 18,15 and 9). I'm in my 40s which doesn't bother me at all--38 was the hard year for me. I just had my nose pierced last summer along with an ankle tatoo. Why? Because I can and I always wanted them--Why did I wait?!

I've got a 14 year old Golden Retriever who's my baby girl, 2 kittens, a white rat, and a number of chickens.

I really like figuring out how to make something I see, or need, on my own, but I'm not always so good at the finishing part. Right now I quilt, crochet, rebatch soap, and do other odd crafts. I don't scrapbook or knit--tried them, but they just didn't work for me.
