I live on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. I have loved photography since I was a kid, but didn't become serious about it until I received, as a gift (best gift anyone ever gave me), my first DSLR in 2008. I completely wore out that poor camera. Then, life changed a few years ago, and I had less time for photography, Now, after a lengthy hiatus, I am very happy to return to Flickr, new camera in hand.
