My name is Matthias. I'm living in Paderborn, Germany and I'm a software developer. I started with photography in the beginning of 2007. My first digital camera was a Lumix FZ-18 (a bridge camera). This camera was replaced after one year by a Nikon D80 and the kit lens Nikkor 18-70 DX.

Actually I am focussed on people, portrait and fashion photography. But I also like to take my camera with me every time I leave to take photos of everything I find and I trying to show how I see the world trough my eyes.

To hear that my work brings joy to others makes me feel quite blessed. What more can an "artist" and amateur photographer like me hope for?
