I discovered photography as a hobby at the age of 12. Unfortunately, I completely missed out on developing and getting into digital photography for various reasons. It's only since I started taking photos again with a digital SLR about 15 years ago that I've been hooked on the hobby.

Since I started taking photos again, I have seen my surroundings with completely new eyes. I perceive light and shadow as well as colors and shapes much more consciously and intensively.

My focus is on nature and landscape photography.

In contrast to video, I am still fascinated by the frozen moment in photography, which I like to look at until I have seen enough of the mood, the light, the colors and all the details.

From a photographic point of view, I would like to improve. I am therefore grateful for open, constructive and lively criticism (I can take it...) of my photos.

- pics generated by AI

- pics out of focus (especially macros)

- photographs of landscapes or seascapes not aligned in horizontal direction

- and simply, photographs not pleasing to me
