I started taking photos in 2007 (with various Point & Shoot-cameras) and have been pretty much addicted ever since. I got my first DSLR in May of 2008. Since then I've gradually expanded my photo bag, also taking up film (using a Nikon EM (SLR)).

WHY THE HELL IS THERE A LACK OF TESTIMONIALS FOR THIS GIRL? Her work is f'ing amazing and for one that's only two years (around) older than myself. If anything, she is one of the photographers on flickr that I look up to. She is amazing.

Her images always stand out in "my contacts" section. She consistently has great captures and the processing....wow. She truly captures emotion and feeling in simple and elegant ways. Her work is an inspiring and challenges me to try different shots as well. I'm looking forward to seeing more and more....

Kjersti has real gift for capturing the beauty of God's creation in nature. Her landscapes are stunning – sometimes inspired – whether of Hawaii or Norway, although she's now branching out into portraiture too. I love looking at her work.
