Every work of art by Kjaer Pedersen is completely handmade and one of a kind. The pure joy and pleasure that Kjaer derives from her work is evident in all of her varied pieces. Kjaer works in various media but has received the most personal satisfaction 'playing' with clay. Kjaer is drawn to the human face and makes both small and very large masks suitable for hanging. Table top busts and large murals are also part of her collection.

Kjaer's current body of work is beginning to include funky, functional platters, bowls, and drinking vessels. These pieces of art are food, dishwasher, and micro-wave safe.

Kjaer Neletia Pedersen is a Canadian born artist. Kjaer is mother, wife, and full time art teacher. When time allows, Kjaer loves working in her studio - which is only a short walk through the forest from her log home located on a mountain side - in Mission, British Columbia, Canada.
