A transplanted Rhode Islander who finds himself on the plains of Kansas. All I can say is, when the Witness Protection Program mentions something about beachfront property, get it in writing! I've only very recently switched from film to digital, as I really love my Nikon F3 and that blisteringly fast 6 FPS motor drive! But Nikon's excellent D50 hums nicely along, and I'm really enjoying being free of color correction filters and such, not to mention the joys of post-processing in Photoshop... Still holding onto a Mamiya 645, if only for the biceps workout, but their SF lens is a hoot. I'll admit to being a total gear geek, having more cameras than favorite images (!) but I'll work at it, I promise, along with compostion, lighting, the list goes on. As they say in tennis, little help?
