I'm all contradictions

I'm an enviromentalist at heart, but too scared to protest.

I'm an old soul, but take part in the new technology just as much as the next person.

I criticize my mother, but she is the friend who knows me best.

I'm a Christian, but not an evangelist.

I don't really know where I'm going in life, but I've got 'big plans.'

I don't consider myself a pessimist. I think of a pessimist as someone who is waiting for it to rain. And I feel soaked to the skin.
