Kishore..!!! When i came across Peddu and said that i wanted to learn photography the person whom Peddu introduced me was You...!! From that day i started following you and youe pictures on Orkut ,Facebook and Flickr and wanted to click pictures like you.... Then slowly i started learning things from you and couple of others in the group which helped in taking my Photography to the next level... Today when people ask me how could you learn photography in such a short span of time i just answer them back stating 'HWS'.... and 'HWS' is just because of you... You call this a Testimonial but I feel like frankly expressing my personal views about Kishore :) My association with him is almost for nearly two years. It was a time when I just tried to explore during my free time on Flickr. HWS caught my attention just because of the people, their works and their buddy icons. I tried to browse profiles and the works of many and found interesting. First and foremost it was Cishore's. Even after years I hope he is the only one who never changed in Buddy icon. Its still a mystery for me why he keeps a part of his face in green as a profile pic :) I always try to analyse but I cant. Initially when I met him I thought he must be very serious at all times. But I am wrong - a fun loving and a passionate person. He loves whatever is visible and happens before the human eye. From hair pin to air craft, from vegetables to landscapes - he loves everything under the sky and enjoys with it. He also has the skill to transform anything to a visual art. About him & HWS ~ the very name Hyderabad Weekend Shoots :) There must be a deep desire he must have had in his heart to name it that way. The very words WEEKEND & SHOOTS makes all the difference instead of the regular CLUB, ASSOCIATION or GROUP. This really keeps likeminded people interested in Photography for a weekend shoot. Being a team leader is very difficult and he always tries to keep upto the level. Whatever may be his personal/official works, he has a great amount of commitment for the platform which he started. Its very difficult for a peson to keep going with his passion week-after-week for years. However he is busy, he has set aside a part of his time for his passion. As a person, studying his works and himself, I feel he strives for the best and tries to be creative day after day. Always thinks differently, does differently and acts differently. He also has a good eye and the skill to identify the right works and the right people around him. Another quality he always has is he encourages photo enthusiasts, irrespective of their age/sex and the equipment they have. Any doubts raised about why, what and how he will never rest till it is answered he will take all the pains in the best research possible. Suggestions : He has a great scope to take up Photography commercially that way he can explore new dimensions in the field.

Kishore a.k.a Cishore has an incisive photography eye. Very creative. What I like about him is that he knows exactly what he has to shoot and no less and no more. Had a longer stint with him at Hampi and I saw while most of the people were all out shooting left & right (maybe hit & trial) he would be done in the first 10 mins or so at a spot and done . Also, I like that he isn't too much post-processing his photographs! And ofcourse a great guy for photowalks- anytime
