Levi is one of the largest ski resorts in Finnish Lapland. Levi Center contains hotels, spa, bowling hall, shops, restaurants, services and nightlife. Levi center is an urban oasis in the middle of a pristine wilderness. Central to the village is Levi Fell and its 44 downhill ski slopes with 27 ski lifts, including 2 gondola lifts. Within the village, all streets have walking/cross-country skiing trails beside them. As you leave the built-up areas, you will find an entirety of snowmobile routes covering thousands of kilometres of routes that take riders over fell highlands, through snow laden forests and over frozen waterways. Alternatively, you could go on a husky dog or snowshoe tours, reindeer sleigh ride or take the plunge into an ice pool or add a day of skiing. There’s plenty to try! During your stay, you can spot the amazingly colourful light phenomenon from the dark starry skies – the Northern Lights or Aurora Borealis.
