I am a Filipina software developer working in Japan.

I love interesting and intense colors, and I think that what first drew me to photography back in 2007. I first started taking photos with my point and shoot Canon IXY Digital 910 IS, mainly of flowers and Christmas light displays here in Tokyo. In January of 2008, I bought my first DSLR, a Canon EOS Kiss Digital X.

Recently, I started to become interested in food photography and food styling. I love to cook and I realized that I aside from making food taste good, I also love making them look good, on and off camera. I'm still new at this so I'm willing to learn and improve my skills in making food look and taste great. And browsing through some of the beautiful and great photos here in Flickr is one of the fun ways to learn. The talent pool here is just amazing and humbling.
